After 6 years in jail: ‘Goodies’ released from prison

1.1937357Goodies has been released from prison, credible information reaching this medium reveals. Our sources reveal that, Goodies was released Tuesday December 23, 2014 from the Nsawam prison, where he has spent 6 years already.

Born Isaac Abeiku Aidoo, the CEO of Goodies Music was sentenced on November 26, 2008 to 13 years in jail with hard labour by an Accra Circuit Court for possessing 80 pellets of cocaine. Judge Mr. Mahamadu Iddrissu pronounced the sentence after about six months. The Music Producer was arrested at the Kotoka International Airport on April 23, 2008 on suspicion of possessing narcotic drugs while going through departure formalities to board a flight to London.
