PHOTOS: Police statement detailing KKD’s rape case

www.233times.net chanced on the police statement which details the rape offence charged against ace Broadcast Journalist, Kwasi Kyei Darkwah (KKD).
For the sake of Article 14 of the Ghana Journalists’ Association Code of Ethics which says “Journalists should avoid identifying victims of sexual assault,” www.233times.net have doctored the statement, specifically the place bearing the the victim’s name and has been replaced with the website’s url (233times.net).
In the statement with court case number 97/15 with statement of offence being rape (RAPE: CONT. TO SECT. 98 OF ACT 29/60), page 2 which contains the brief facts (NO. 33450 D/SGT. JULIUS SEWOR I/C. CASE);
