Why Teephlow is fit to take the rap baton from Sarkodie

No need for long intro, Sarkodie is the rap god in Ghana; let’s debate that on another platform and day! Many ardent rap fans are worried about who will be the perfect person amongst the new crop of Rappers to take over from Sarkodie after the BET Award winner’s appeal start dissipating.
Many names ping the minds of many but most of them are based on sentiments; some because they come from same neighbourhood with a Rapper, some because they have known a Rapper since birth, others because they were touched by a Rappers song or bars. The truth is, Ghanaian music is more or less like on a treadmill because most of the fans, Bloggers and stakeholders are not objectively helping the industry.
I’m not comfortable to use this but there is no other best way to differentiate; in Ghana music, the distinction between Artistes with high level of education and those with not-so-good level of education is so clear. It manifests in how they project themselves and how careful they are on what and when they want to be seen and heard, where and how.
A performance at the Jubilee Park in Takoradi by Y FM (Y FM Area code) gave Takoradi another icon to celebrate and adore. His stage craft can be generously described as a mixture of Sarkodie and Edem’s performances (2 best performers in Ghana). When Teephlow was introduced on stage, the zeal with which he stepped the stage with was unassailable. His attitude on stage was remarkable and his audience interaction is the best ever seen so far in the region.
Most Ghanaian Artistes who are good lyrically are disasters on stage. It is a cocktail of the best performance on stage and on songs which makes an Artiste a complete package worth celebrating. When it comes to word play, Teephlow has indeed made it an enviable skill, one of the greatest wordsmiths in Ghana music.
The description of Teephlow above if not his name mentioned and this story was presented in a conundrum, many people would picture Sarkodie. No wonder he is under the management of Last Two whose CEO is Hammer, an architect of most successful Rappers in the country.
Alhaji Teephlow indeed, ay3 ready and ‘.. you’re fly, ennfri UK so you’re never landing (London).’ If anyone is best fit to take over the baton from Sarkodie, Teephlow is the obvious choice for now!
But then again, Teephlow should work on his online presence. He doesn’t have strong online and media presence, which Last Two should be active on it.

Ooh yes Ghanaian musicians are doing a great job/work but I think some poeple in the music industry is been hype because of some of the major roles they play in the music industry, but come to think of it what of those who those it but their remarks are not been recommended and what of the under ground artist who are also welling to contribute.
