Noble Nketia shares SHS memories: My first kiss from the girls prefect

noble_nketia_2014_-Optimized-OptimizedA legend Gospel Musician, Noble Nketia has shared with www.233times.net some memorable moments in his Secondary School days, Kumasi Anglican Senior High School (KASS), a mixed school in Kumasi.

According to Noble Nketia, he was born with the great voice he possesses because in KASS, “my entertainment prefect just loved my voice. He wanted me to sing at entertainment and those time Michael Jackson had released this song ‘another day is gone..’ and I was asked to come and sing that song at entertainment and that night whilst I was singing, the girls prefect walked all the way from the back, brought me a flower and kissed me on the lips!”

According to Noble Nketia, that was the worst night of his SHS days because “when I got back to the dormitory, they called all the form 1s and that whole week, I worked till I could not work anymore because my seniors were so mad and they were telling me, you we have been in the school for all these years this girl we never had, you came like one week and you are using your voice to get a flower and a kiss from the whole girls prefect. The punishment I went through made me stop singing at entertainment because I didn’t know what was coming next.”

Noble Nketia read Science at KASS and had a scholarship to study music in South Africa after Senior High School.
