Electoral Commission’s IT Office on fire

The prompt arrival of personnel from the Ghana National Fire Service prevented the IT department of the Electoral Commission from being ravaged by fire on Friday
Reports indicated that staff at the department attempted to extinguish the fire from spreading to other departments prior to the arrival of the fire personnel.
There are no reports yet of significant damage to property, while the the cause of the fire is yet to be known.
