I will even buy it when Sarkodie sells his urine – DJ

A renowned Disk Jockey (DJ) with West Gold 106.3 Mhz in Takoradi, a sister station of Skyy Power FM, DJ Tablet, christened Phinehas Antwi has jumped to the defense of Sarkodie saying people who are bashing the Artiste about the Ace Hood collaboration brouhaha are only “hating.”

In his words “There is no doubt that, Sarkodie is the one who is single handedly putting Ghana on the map now. We need more of him to battle other strong names in other parts of the world. There are a lot of good Artistes in Ghana but his (Sarkodie) brand makes him stand out. We should promote him more rather than bashing and betraying him.”

DJ Tablet said he was shocked to hear that, some Artistes are even gloating over the saga and think that would give them chance to blow. “I was surprised to know that, some Ghanaian Musicians are even happy over the Ace Hood tweet, thinking that would break Sarkodie down. Nothing would make some of us who are ardent fans turn our back on him, even if Sarkodie is selling his urine, we will buy it,” DJ Tablet added.

“Just do what you can do best but don’t measure your lives with Sarkodie. His destiny is different from anyone’s and just like any other human being; we all have our individual directions in lives” DJ Tablet to other Artistes.

The DJ who says he would not hide his affection for Sarkodie says he is the first person who plays all new release from Sarkodie. “Even though I play a lot of songs from other Artistes, I cannot end my show without playing Sarkodie’s songs, I just can’t imagine how I would do that, never!” DJ Tablet revealed.
