Takoradi: 4 lose property worth billions in fire at Airport Ridge (PHOTOS)

IMG-20160108-WA0009It was a very pathetic scene at Airport Ridge, a first class residential Area in Takoradi when fire gutted a four bedroom apartment resulting in loss of properties running into billions of cedis.

The House is being occupied by 2 labanese and a Ghana who is a nephew of NPP running mate Mamoud Bawumia.

The cause of the fire which was believed to have started arround 3pm on Thursday, January 7 is still unknown according to the Personnel of the Ghana National Fire Service who went to the scene.

Items including Air condition, TV Sets, Refrigerator, Furniture, Clothing and huge sums of money were believed to have been lost.

Surprisingly, a Quran belonging to the nephew of Bawumia was not affected.
