I’m enjoying waakye and omo tuo – Ed Sheeran

309403425_115948Grammy award winning singer and songwriter Ed Sheeran says he is really enjoying his stay in Ghana.

Speaking to Giovanni on Starr Drive Monday, Ed Sheeran said he has been awed by the reception he has received so far from market women to coconut sellers.

According to the English musician, he is enjoying local dishes like “Waakye and Omo tuo or ‘Rice balls’ and would definitely come back for more.

“This is his first time in Ghana and it’s not going to be the last,” he added.

Ed Sheeran said he has also met other artistes like Mugeez of R2bees and artiste of the year EL.

The “Thinking out Loud” hitmaker flew down to Ghana on the invitation of Azonto hit maker Fuse ODG.

Fuse ODG on his part revealed that they have already started work on a couple of videos which would be released soon.
