Election 2016 – Parliamentary: GCPP, PPP,…1 & 2 Position on ballot paper

113537865_74584The Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP) will be first on the ballot paper during the December 7 parliamentary elections.

They will be followed by the Progressive People’s Party (PPP) and the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC).

The Electoral Commission on Thursday invited the various political parties to ballot for their spots on the parliamentary ballot paper Election 2016.

The balloting took place at the Inter Party Advisory Committee (IPAC) conference hall at the Electoral Commission headquarters in Accra.

In all, seven (7) political parties took part in the balloting.

Below is how the political parties will appear on the ballot paper:

1. Great Consolidated Popular Party (GCPP)

2. Progressive People’s Party (PPP)

3. National Democratic Congress (NDC)

4. United Progressive Party (UPP)

5. New Patriotic Party (NPP)

6. National Democratic Party (NDP)

7. Independent People’s Party (IPP)
