Woyome bore!: Blasts Supreme Court and Martin Amidu (VIDEO)

????????????????????????????????????
????????????????????????????????????

Businessman Alfred Agbesi Woyome has reacted angrily to the Supreme Court’s decision to allow former attorney general, Martin Amidu, to examine him over a GHC51 million debt he owes the nation.

In a press conference shortly after the ruling, Woyome claimed the Supreme Court was unlawfully persecuting him and was out to bring shame to him.

He said despite indicating to the court that he was in the process of paying GHC8 million of the debt to the Attorney General’s Department, the Supreme Court still went ahead with its ruling.

Woyome described the ruling as ridiculous, questioning how Amidu will enforce any decision the Supreme Court takes after the former AG examines him.

He asked whether Amidu will leave the enforcement to the AG or the court will cloak Amidu with enforcement power.
Woyome, who was visibly angry and disappointed at the ruling, suggested that the AG’s department should resubmit its application to examine him instead of having Amidu do it.
