Since Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was declared winner of the 2016 presidential elections on Saturday, December 10, 2016, several people have trooped to his Nima residence to congratulate him.

Past and present party executives, family members, friends, some celebrities who endorsed Nana Addo, media personalities and general party faithful have all taken turns to shake hands with the president elect.

Some of the notable faces included former President John Agyekum Kuffour, Highlife Music legend Daddy Lumba, Independent Presidential candidate Jacob Osei Yeboah, CPP flag bearer Ivor Greenstreet, Kenpong, Hiplife group Praye, Managing Editor of the New Crusading Guide among others.
