Recall that Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg made it known some time ago that his team were working tirelessly to bring free basic internet services to everyone in the world through his app. The question remains is Don Jazzy challenging the face book founder Mark to Nigeria to establish free internet facility, a project that has already began in Zambia?
