Coaching on skill set acquisition, computer literacy training, pitching section on dreams and how best to achieve them, amongst others are what the youth in Dixcove will benefit from at an intensive coaching and training programme on 21st September, 2017 at the Methodist Church in Dixcove.
The capacity building programme hosted by ICODE will span from 9am to 1pm on the National Volunteers day which is also the birthday of Ghana’s first President Dr. Kwame Nkrumah.
Nana Kwesi Agyeman XI – Lower Dixcove, Nana Hima Dekyi 14th – Upper Dixcove, Honorable Emmanuel Bentum – Lower Dixcove, Honorable Daniel K Darkson – Upper Dixcove, Chief Fishermen, Heads of Schools such as Dixcove Methodist School, Nana Hima Dekyi Memorial Academy, Salvation Army School, amongst others are dignitaries invited to this forward-looking event.
The event dubbed ‘Capacity building on youth in Dixcove’ will host speakers with wealth of academic and professional experiences in their various fields. Editor-in-Chief of www.233times.net, Nana Kwesi Coomson will speak on ‘Creating avenues for impact making and solving problems,’ Freda Appaih Asare on ‘How the youth can identify their potentials,’ Korley Adjaottor on ‘How youth can engage in change in making,’ Bernard Kwofie on ‘Turning ideas into productive enterprises,’ amongst others.
