“Since football was made no one has played better than Messi” – Samuel Osei Kuffour

A retired defender for the Black Stars and Bayen Munich player, Samuel Osei Kuffour has asserted that “since football was made, no one (footballer) has played better than Messi.”

The forty-one year old footballer (Samuel Osei Kuffour) who is known for winning more than 15 major titles and playing over 250 official matches said he will place Real Madrid’s Critiano Ronaldo second to Barcelona’s Lionel Messi.

According to the retired footballer who played for Black Stars in the 2006 World Cup, he does not see Maradonna or Pele as the best footballers of all time as social and traditional media argue. “No Maradonna, no Pele, there is only Messi” Osei Kuffour said.

Mr. Osei Kuffour a guest on ‘Cooking with…” with Yvonne Okoro also chose Barcelona over Real Madrid and explained that his choice of Barcelona over Real Madrid is because of the enviable team work at Barcelona, saying “Barca because when you miss a penalty, no one complains.”
