Popular Western Region Artistes and their real names

As most Artistes use their stage names to sell their brand, until some rare opportunity presents itself for someone to get hold of a government document bearing the name of an Artiste, fans will struggle to mention the names of their favourite Artistes that are on their birth certificates and passports.
