Strange disease hits Fijai SHS – Over 200 Students treated

 

About 200 students from the Fijai Senior high School in the Western Region have been treated at the Effia Nkwanta Regional Hospital of a yet to be identified Disease over the last ten days

The victims, both girls and boys have been rushing to the Health Facility looking very frail and in pain

Sources close to the Health Facility tell Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson that the affected students who normally come unaccompanied by any guardian are either detained for some hours or treated immediately and discharged

Some of the students reportedly call their parents upon arrival at the facility

It is believed the ailment might have hit the school as a result of a polluted drinking water
