Ghanaian delegation to embark on field trip in Aberdeen as part of oil and gas trade mission

As part of activities of the oil and gas trade mission in Aberdeen spearheaded by Ghana’s Petroleum Commission (PC), the participating indigenous Ghanaian oil and gas companies and media practitioners would embark on a field trip today, Wednesday 13th June, 2018 to some selected oil and gas companies in Aberdeen, Scotland.

The field trip is to give the participants a comprehensive scope of the daily activities of the oil and gas companies as well as new developments in the oil and gas sector. The field trip which would be led by the Chief Executive of the PC, Egbert Faibille Jr., “would help us appreciate the works of the oil and gas companies in Aberdeen. This would give us a practical experience of what has been lectured at the seminars since we came for this trade mission” Nana Kwame Bezoro, a media practitioner and a participant revealed.

Amongst the oil and gas corporations that would be visited by the participants include JBS Group, People Factor Consultant and Technalo, all in the oil capital of Europe, Aberdeen. “The Ghanaian media would also have an interaction with the Scottish media today on oil and gas reportage as part of the field trip” Nana Kwame Bezoro added.

The oil and gas trade mission in Aberdeen is weeklong packed activities spearheaded by Ghana’s regulators of oil and gas industries, Petroleum Commission.
