4 Tips to prevent hair loss in women

If you ever ask women about their worst fear, you will probably hear her say that “I am just afraid to look fat”. But guess what? That’s not the only thing women are afraid of in fact, one of their biggest fears is hair loss. Yes, you read it right and this is something that even men are afraid of because let’s face it, no one wants to get bald.

On average if you are losing 100 to 150 strands of hair every day then consider this to be normal because it’s a cycle, you lose these strands and give room to the new hair to come out of your scalp. However, if you are losing your hair on a rapid pace then yes that can be a problem for you and you can easily check signs of balding online so that you can be clear on this that whether it’s just the normal hair fall thing or are you seriously turning bald.

On the other hand, we all know that prevention is better than cure so before you fall victim to balding there are a few tips that can help you prevent hair loss;

1. Avoid the hairstyles that pull your hairline

Tight ponytails and braids look beautiful but there are several downsides to these tight hairstyles. Most importantly, these braids and ponytails can cause hair loss because you see there is a constant stress and pull that affects your hairline. Moreover, if you ever feel the need to tie up a pony then use an elastic band for that so that it can easily come off without putting any stress on your hairline or hair.

2. Avoid chemical processes

You never know when a bleach or some other hair treatment causes hair loss. For example, if you get your hair chemically straightened then there are high chances that you will start losing hair because honestly all these treatments cause weakening of the hair and hence you start getting bald. Especially if you are someone who is already suffering through weakening hair or thinning problem then you need to stick to your natural hair color and style or else things can get worse for you.

3.  Eat healthily

Believe it or not, the food you consumer affects all of your body and that includes your hair too. So, try to consume more vegetables and greens so that you can provide the nutrients and vitamins to your scalp hair for their nourishment. The more junk you eat, the more it affects your hair so make sure that you are eating healthy as it’s good for your overall health too.

4-Use hair oils

Oils are essential for hair growth and prevention of hair loss too. So, don’t ever think of these oils to be useless. There are thousands of people out there who never even once used a hair oil in their life and honestly this is the worst thing you can do to your hair. Understand the science that if your body needs proper vitamins and nutrients to function, so does your scalp hair and if you are not using the essential oils and feeding energy to your hair then yes, you are definitely wrong at this. So, buy yourself a good and organic hair oil and use it twice a week.

These are a few tips that can help prevent hair loss, especially among women. So, make sure to use these tips and we assure you that within a short time span you’ll see how your hair fall rate decreases.
