The Ghana Boxing Authority (GBA), would on Friday, August 17, commence business at its new office, at the Bukom Boxing Arena, Accra.
A statement from the Communications Department of the GBA, said, the new office which is located within the Bukom Boxing Arena, would house the Secretary General and other officers of the GBA.
The office was handed over to the GBA by the management of the facility, after the local boxing controlling body had operated at the Accra Sports Stadium for years.
The GBA last Friday unofficially organised a meeting at the office, with the former President Moses Foh Amoaning, addressing members of the boxing fraternity on the proposed boxing league to be sponsored by the Ghana National Petroleum Company (GNPC).
