Ahantaman Secondary School old Students to boycott 70th anniversary over anniversary cloth

Some old students of Ahantaman Secondary School( Now Ahantaman Girls) are fuming with rage over how the School’s 70th Anniversary cloth has been printed.

According to the old students most of whom completed before the School was turned to Girls School about eight years ago, they don’t understand why the Anniversary cloth has been embossed with Ahantaman Girls Senior High School.

They are asking how then would a male who is an old student patronise the cloth. They also argue that about 90% of the old students were products of Ahantaman Secondary not Ahantaman girls.

The old students tell Nhyiraba Paa Kwesi Simpson a name like Ahantaman Secondary School would have been preferred.

They are therefore angry with the current management of the School and are calling for the right thing to be done.

Climax of the celebration is scheduled for March 17, 2018
