Sally Brobbey popularly known as Sally Bee/Salby is an alumnus of Archbishop Porter Girls Senior High School in Takoradi and continued to OLA College of Education where she was trained as a Professional Teacher. She pursued B.Ed in Integrated Science Studies at the University of Cape Coast and currently working with Ghana Education Service as a Classroom Facilitator.
She is the CEO of SALBY Foodsta, a company that renders natural juices and a cocktail bar for all occasions. SALBY Foodsta is popularly known for their outstanding and enviable product ‘COCOMIL’ and as the only mobile cocktail bar in Takoradi, Oil City.
