2 Siblings mysteriously missing in Takoradi (PHOTOS)

Two siblings have mysteriously gone missing from their home in Takoradi in the Western Region where a wave of kidnappings since late last year has caused fear and panic among residents.

Mother of the 15-year-old Grace Arthur and 13-year-old Benjamin Arthur discovered her children were missing Saturday morning and have since reported a missing case to the Police in the city.

Ms Patience Mensah on Tuesday said that she last saw her children Friday night just before they went to bed.

“On that very day, they were with us in the house in the evening till around 8:30pm when I finished eating and went into my room thinking they had also gone to sleep in their room but to our amazement, we entered their room early Saturday morning to realised they were not there,” she told our correspondent.

Ms Mensah said they have since the Saturday mounted a search for Grace and Benjamin who are pupils of Golden Gate SHS and Prophet Nkansah Junior High School respectively without success.

The distraught mother is currently appealing to the public to help find her children.
