Tears flow as Christian Community in Takoradi embark on prayer vigil for kidnapped Taadi Girls

With firm belief that coming together as a group to pray to God there would be spiritual intervention for the three kidnapped Taadi Girls, yesterday 3rd February, 2019, the Christian Community in Takoradi converged at the Takoradi Jubilee Park for 2 hour prayer session for the three kidnapped Taadi girls.

The Conveners, Skyy Media Group’s Skyy Christian Radio Department assembled men of God and prayer warriors in the Metropolis to lead the Christian Community in prayers for the kidnapped girls. Apostle Dr. Oppong Ankomah who led the prayer session cited the story of Jericho in the Bible to inspire the prayer warriors.

The non-denominational prayer warriors with candle and brassband also embarked on about 8 kilometre walk through the principal streets of Takoradi. With tears and loud prayers, they are hopeful that God will intervene as the Police also embark on their investigations.

Notable amongst those who were present at the vigil include Apotle Dr. Appiah Baidoo of House Favour, CEOs of Skyy Media Group Hon. Wilson Arthur and Mrs. Adwoa Amofa Arthur, Host of Skyy Power FM’s Morning Show Samuel Kojo Brace, CEO of Aseda Foundation, Madam Diana Adjei, amongst others
