Too Deep returns with ‘Through It All Chapter 2’ – A journey from questions to conviction

Ghanaian-born music artist Julian Baisie, popularly known as Too Deep (TDIGG), has released his latest project, Through It All Chapter 2, marking a significant continuation of a deeply personal musical journey that began five years ago.

The new body of work follows his 2021 release, Through It All (Chapter 1), which resonated with listeners for its raw and unfiltered portrayal of faith under pressure, identity struggles, and personal battles often hidden from public view. That debut project established Too Deep as an artist unafraid to explore vulnerability through music.

In Chapter 2, released in 2026, the artist shifts from questioning to a more grounded sense of conviction. While the uncertainties explored in the first project are not entirely resolved, the new album reflects a matured perspective shaped by experience, growth, and spiritual introspection.

The project was preceded by a strategic rollout that began in 2025 with the single “Questions,” a reflective piece that set the tone for the album. This was followed by subsequent releases including “Blessed & Highly Favoured,” “A Place To Be (Part 2),” and “Take It All,” each offering a glimpse into the thematic and sonic direction of the full project.

Musically, Through It All Chapter 2 represents a notable progression. The album blends elements of contemporary gospel, soul, and modern Christian music, delivering a richer and more refined soundscape. Despite the expanded production, the project maintains a deliberate restraint that keeps its message at the forefront.

One of the standout tracks, “Take It All,” captures the essence of the album’s central theme—surrender. The song reflects a conscious decision to relinquish control and trust in divine direction, echoing the broader narrative of faith and resilience that runs throughout the project.

Lyrically, Too Deep leans further into authenticity, presenting himself not as someone with all the answers, but as an individual navigating life’s complexities with honesty and faith. Themes of trust, obedience, and spiritual recalibration are woven into the album, making it both introspective and widely relatable.

The project speaks to individuals who have faced uncertainty yet continue to persevere—those who have questioned, doubted, believed, and pushed forward despite challenges.

Through It All Chapter 2 ultimately stands as more than a musical release. It is a continuation of a personal testimony, underscoring the idea that growth is often found not in triumph, but in endurance.

With this latest offering, Too Deep further cements his place as an artist committed to merging faith, storytelling, and real-life experiences into impactful music.

The album is currently available on all major streaming platforms.
