Regional Minister hands over Market Circle project to Contractor for works to begin (PHOTOS)

The Western Regional Minister, Hon. Dr. Kwabena Okyere Darko-Mensah today 10th May, handed over the Takoradi Market Circle oroject to the Contractor responsible for the redevelopment project, Mr. Andril Medeiros to begin works.

The Takoradi Market Circle will be redeveloped into an ultra modern market starting this month, even though it delayed seven months.

At the handing over ceremony, the Regional Minister admitted that the project is already behind time. He has therefore tasked the Contractor to arrange for a double or triple shift to make up for the lost time. This according to the Regional Minister will enable the Market women to return to the premises as scheduled.

The Contractor, Mr. Andril Medeiros indicated that together with his team, they would would work around the clock as all needed materials are ready.
