One of the factors aside the usual media attention is the song which is mostly played by the brass bands of the various fancy dress groups which is locally known as ‘ankos.’ Showbiz critics in the region unanimously accept this.

Before his performance on the Westside Legacy Night organized by Skyy Media group, Sketches Ayesem who now wants to be known as Ayesem had enjoyed massive airplay with his new single ‘Satan.’ On 25th December when the brass bands of the various fancy dresses started their celebration, one of the songs which chorused throughout was ‘Satan.’ As if it is the anthem of the Western Region, hardly is any brass band heard without playing the song.

www.233times.net ‘s attention was drawn to it when a Member of Parliament (MP) present at the festival grounds at Takoradi Amanful asked an employee of Skyy Media Group who the crooner of the ballad is. This Reporter ‘bluetoothed’ the original song to him (MP) on request. Asking him if he would want to be mentioned in this article, the MP said he preferred to be anonymous.

On the much hyped Westside Carnival Night, Ayesem who began his performance with freestyles won the heart of all those present. Performing some of his smash hits with well arranged bars and matured punchlines like ‘Breda,’ ‘Check wo BP,’ ‘Satan’ among others, Ayesem was hardly heard; the audience took the song from him and were louder than the HDZ Entertainment Record Label  Rapper.

For those who want to know the Artiste who ruled the Twin City during the Christmas, one name www.233times.net can confidently mention is AYESEM!

In 2015 and beyond, Ayesem is confident that he is well prepared and measures put in place by his management are grounded, firm and deep to make him a force to reckon with.
